I have always been drawn to high-quality homes, the architectural styles of different eras, and the world of exceptional living spaces. I believe that our home is one of the most important settings in our lives, which is why its atmosphere, value, and quality deserve special attention.
For nearly ten years, I worked in the field of construction and operational permitting, while also building my career in real estate sales since 2018.
The experience I gained through numerous construction and occupancy permit procedures has been further strengthened by hands-on expertise from the construction sector. Through our contracting company, we have participated in several real estate developments as subcontractors, while also gaining extensive experience in the Airbnb market, allowing us to develop a broader and deeper understanding of the industry.
Thanks to this comprehensive background, I not only understand the real estate market itself, but also the perspectives of developers, contractors, sellers, and buyers. As a result, I represent my clients with outstanding professionalism, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
